The House of the Day is something I dreamed up a few years ago. I look at houses every day as part of my job. I wake up and look at every new listing to see if anything matches my clients needs. Because I do this, I get to see the good and the not so good. The House of the Day, is the best new listing on that day. The only requirement is it has to be new and not something we have seen in the last few months. Other than that, I just have to like it. The house of the day have proven it’s self over time. The homes on the House of the Day list sell closer to the sellers asking price and in less time. Typically, we see these homes sell for 99% of list and in under a month. Their are exceptions to any rule but we keep updating our criteria so we are picking the homes people want to see.
