Seriously? Seriously? I’ve been eating right and working out 3 times a day and I still can’t lose the weight! This week, I felt great, I hit all my meals, ate enough to keep my body in line, but I still only lost 4 lbs this week! WTF? Everyone else is losing 6, 7, 8 lbs a week and I can’t get it done. I just wonder what I need to do...
