Today is Sunday, day 7 of the Healthe Trim/Bobby Bones Show Challenge and since I’ve worked out pretty hard most of the week, I’m just going to relax today. I’m going to visit family and then go see my friend Julie’s play tonight. The second weigh in is tomorrow morning between 7:45 and 8:15. Although I probably won’t be on the radio, maybe they’ll announce my results on air. If not, rest assured, I will let people know on my blog.
I’m still taking all of the Healthé Trim Products as directed on the bottles, and I still feel the energy and curbed appetite. You might not be able to tell by the amount of food I’m eating, but I couldn’t imagine what I would be going through without the Healthé Trim.
I got an email from my friend (Kristin Long) yesterday morning and both she and her husband are really in to training, strength and conditioning. She asked me some questions and I wanted to address them today. She wanted to know if someone was coming up with the two a day workouts for me or if I was just getting into the gym and doing my thing. She also asked if I had a workout partner or someone to push me a little bit harder when I’m working out on my own, and not in a group setting.
Right now, I’m simply trying to do a little cardio in the mornings to get my heart rate going so that it will help me burn throughout the day. Currently I don’t have anyone pushing me at the morning workouts and am just using music to motivate me. As I push forward, I know I’ll need someone to push me harder and harder so I can reach my goal. I’ve done a lot of boot camps and workouts before, so I know some of what I need to do. I get really motivated by people telling me I can’t do something. I also get really motivated by people telling me that my competition is working harder than me. If you see me working out, come up to me and tell me: “Why are you letting THEM work out harder than YOU?” I may look at you like I’m about to throw you through a wall, but that’s because I know I can push myself harder, and it WILL motivate me. (Disclaimer: I will not throw you through a wall.)
So there’s my answer to the morning workout, and people pushing me question.
The evening group workouts are taught by Chris and Brian from CorpFit and they push us to work out hard. The workouts are designed by them and will make you sore and tired, I promise. Whether they’ll make you lose the weight or not, I guess we’ll know tomorrow morning.
For some reason, I’m really craving a bloody mary, hence the post photo! That is an actual photo of the Bloody Mary Bar at Fore in Lakeway! Stolen from Faith C.

About Stephen Smith
I grew up in Georgetown, TX, just a stones throw away from Austin. I moved to Austin to attend UT and entered the real estate world as an intern in Horseshoe Bay in 2003. As I was performing different tasks around the office and for the agents, I quickly realized that I wanted to be an agent. Within a year of becoming licensed, I was managing the office, updating agents on the happenings in the real estate world and listing and selling homes! In 2006 I decided to buy a condo and move back to the great city of Austin where I was to continue working in real estate. Having worked for several top 25 companies in the area, I learned from many talented agents and decided it was time to get my Broker’s license and start my own company. As fortune may have it, I was college friends with Ed’s wife and we realized that we were very good at different parts of this business and that we complimented each other nicely. From this, a partnership was born. My goal is to bring honesty and logic to my clients during their home buying and selling process! When I am not helping a client or looking for smart, ethical agents to join our team, I enjoy serving the Austin Board of Realtors, being on the lake and networking! Most of the time, I like to combine at least 2 out of the previous 3!
