39 Days Left – Where does the time go?

I must say that I feel bad that I didn’t get my blog updated this morning like I had hoped.  I’m going to try to update it twice a day so that if you want to see what I did at night, you can just come back that evening!

Last night I went to Beso Contina for their four year anniversary party!  I want everyone to know that I was in a bar for five hours and didn’t touch anything other than ice water…a LOT of water!  I explained to my friends that I needed to lose a bunch of weight and that I could only have water.  They filled up a carafe for me and kept me going throughout the night.  I ended up drinking 5 of them while there! Result: Though I slept soundly, I did wake up 4 times in the middle of the night to flush my system!

 

Today has been busy for me, so I did not get my morning workout in, and I’m going to try to make up for it with an afternoon one, then a late evening one.  I’ve taken all my supplements from Healthé Trim so far today, and even though I was up till about 1:00 in the morning, I woke up on the first ring of my alarm clock.

Why has my day been so busy you ask?  OK, I know you didn’t ask, but I’m going to tell you!  Well, I’m moving this weekend, so I had the get all of that taken care of.  I’ll be close to Burnet Road and Steck, so I’ll be a little more central.  I had to be “off site” for a long time this morning, so I had to make sure to take food and water with me in order to eat what I should.

It’s been brought to my attention that some people don’t know what I look like now, so I’ve been asked to post a few more photos of me in my “before” state.  Obviously anything taken from here on out will be in my “transition” state, and then I will have the “after”.

 

To date, my biggest challenge has been a little Snickers Mini that was in the candy bowl.  I would walk past it each day and think, “it’s just a mini, eat it and get rid of it”.  Fortunately I refrained and was able to get a true friend come in and eradicate the problem for me so I wouldn’t have to deal with it!  Thanks!  :)

Also, TB, you’ll be happy to know that I found and corrected my mistake today on my own!

Meals

Breakfast: 8 Egg Whites with some Almond Cheese grated on them…mmmmm.

Snack: Chicken Breast, Salad, and some sliced turkey.

Lunch: Protein Shake

Snack: Almond Cheese and Half a Baked Yam.

Dinner: Chicken breast and a baby spinach and mixed green salad

Work Out

A.M. Workout (which actually happened in the afternoon) – I only had a short amount of time to get a workout in before I had to go to a Happy Hour, so I did a quick 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Incline at 12 on 4.0 mph.

P.M. Workout – I decided to finish what I started.  45 Minutes on the elliptical then some ladder drills.  I capped that off with some crunches and called it a night.
