Yesterday was my first day of the Bobby Bones Show / Healthé Trim Weight Loss Challenge. I have received a lot of support from friends, Thank You! Yesterday, I started the ball rolling with my workouts and diet. I took all of the supplements that Healthé Trim offered us and felt great! The main product, The Thermo Energy Booster gave me energy throughout the day. I usually get tired around 1-3 in the afternoon, but I had no issues yesterday at all. I took the Healthé plex along with the Healthé cleanse and Healthé shield.
NOTE: The one thing that I want to get across in this blog is that I will always be honest with regard to the product because I want to let people know if it actually helps. I had great energy yesterday, no jitters or anything like I’ve had in the past with supplements. My appetite was suppressed, and the best part, I slept soundly through the night even though I had energy all day.
I also met with my friends from CorpFit, Brian and Chris. Brian told me how to find out my blood type and is teaching me how to eat for my blood type. I am going to start training with them each day at 5:30 pm at their facility near 183 and Mopac. It is a group setting, so if you want to join me in my workouts, contact them and start working out with me!
I’m trying to eat 5-6 small meals a day and limit my caloric intake to 1800-2000 calories a day.
Update: After talking to Brian and Chris a little more, I’m going to stop counting calories and just eat what the tell me. It’s going to be interesting, but I’m going to trust in the supplements from Healthé Trim and the diet and workouts from Brian and Chris.
Today’s Food
Healthé Trim is supposed to be taken 2 hours before breakfast, but I know that I like to work out in the mornings and I can’t do that on an empty stomach. I have decided to start my day with a snack and then proceed from there.
Snack: One slice of Turkey breast from HEB. I had them cut it on #1 thickness.
Breakfast: Same thing I had for dinner last night. I tried to figure out the calories this time.
Tortilla – 150 calories, hummus spread – 30 calories, 2 slices of turkey – 120 calories and a big hand full of baby spinach for about 8 calories
Total Calories for Breakfast – 308
Snack/Lunch: I still wasn’t that hungry from breakfast, so I only had 15 baby carrots for lunch
Snack: For a snack before my 5:30 workout, I had a slice of Turkey and a banana.
Dinner: Chicken Breast and half a sweet potato.
I took all of the supplements from Healthé Trim again today and I’ve had a lot of energy today as well, much more than usual.
Today’s Work out
So I decided to go to 2-a-days and see how much I can drop in the first week.
A.M. Workout
30 minutes on the elliptical machine at a 14 resistance
Cable Workout: Lat pulls – 3 sets of 20 at 115 lbs
Cable curls (one arm) – 2 sets of 20 at 40 lbs, 1 set of 20 at 30 lbs
Ladder Drills: down and back ladder drills, 3 sets various patterns
Misc: Rows. I laid down under the Smith Bar and did rows using my own body weight for resistance. 3 sets of 15.
P.M. Workout
Tonight I worked out with the guys from CorpFit. It was difficult! We did a misc. circuit that has me sore already. I tried to get some video, however, it was a little dark and they didn’t come out that great. Tomorrow!
About Stephen Smith
I grew up in Georgetown, TX, just a stones throw away from Austin. I moved to Austin to attend UT and entered the real estate world as an intern in Horseshoe Bay in 2003. As I was performing different tasks around the office and for the agents, I quickly realized that I wanted to be an agent. Within a year of becoming licensed, I was managing the office, updating agents on the happenings in the real estate world and listing and selling homes! In 2006 I decided to buy a condo and move back to the great city of Austin where I was to continue working in real estate. Having worked for several top 25 companies in the area, I learned from many talented agents and decided it was time to get my Broker’s license and start my own company. As fortune may have it, I was college friends with Ed’s wife and we realized that we were very good at different parts of this business and that we complimented each other nicely. From this, a partnership was born. My goal is to bring honesty and logic to my clients during their home buying and selling process! When I am not helping a client or looking for smart, ethical agents to join our team, I enjoy serving the Austin Board of Realtors, being on the lake and networking! Most of the time, I like to combine at least 2 out of the previous 3!
