Every few month I like to check and see how the House of Day houses do against the market. I like to think that I am picking great homes for the house of the day. I think the data shows that I am picking homes that Austin buyers like and homes that Austin buyers purchase quicker and pay more money for. So check out the table and see the results.

“House of the day” homes sell for a little less money on average, maybe because we don’t always select the most expensive home listed that day. It is interesting however that they do sell faster, at higher $/sf, and closer to their list price, than homes not selected as house of the day.
