When most people think of the Circle C area, they think: biking and walking paths, nice community pools, exemplary schools, and an HOA that makes everything look nice. This house gets access to all those things at a fraction of what others are paying. 10809 Redmond Rd, listed at UPDATE: $296,222 the best deal in Circle C as of this posting. Currently listed at $86.36 sqft, is is not the cheapest in list price but you do get a lot for what you pay for. It is a great house to live in but maybe a better house to lease. It does need some updating and that maybe why it has not sold.

- Homes of Similar size in SSW area :: $306,137 or $118.5 Sqft
- Homes of Similar size in Circle C :: $342,964 or $114.08 Sqft
- Homes of Similar size zoned to Kiker Elementary School :: $307,660 or $112.64 Sqft
